Credit Indemnity
is a new and rapidly growing nationwide cash loan company. Its 100-branch operation is managed from its head office in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
Problem identified by the customer:
The company needed to raise brand awareness and position itself in the market as a credible,
firmly established player in a volatile market sector. Credit Indemnity decided to run a competition with a small family car as a prize as the market perception is that companies that give away cars are large and credible.
iTouch products used:
Voice Information Service - Competition Line.
Benefits to the customer:
This was a major success as a branding exercise and brought in new business, as well as generating R25 000 worth of revenue from calls in two months.
Three further smaller competitions have since been run. The business has grown sufficiently since the first competition to justify opening a further 40 branches.
