Problem identified by the customer:
The company wanted an innovative way to create brand awareness and promote sales and customer loyalty. A competition, aired on radio and published on the product's packing, solicited entries and asked a simple question. The prize was a 4x4 vehicle which symbolised the healthy, outdoor ethos of the brand.
