
iTouch provides the technology to set up and run competitions on behalf of clients. Once the required information about the competition has been received - including its duration, questions, answers, prize and number of winners required - iTouch sets up the line within a short time. Winners can be supplied within hours of the competition ending.
Information generated during the competition includes total calls to the line, total minutes generated, areas of call origination, and revenue generated. Airtime revenue is split between the client, the network provider, and iTouch.
A transcript of the callers' details can be made available to create a useful database for future marketing purposes.
